Sales Representative – Emergency Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and grow a strong network of referral sources and business opportunities
• Be first on-site to emergency losses (fire, water, impact) and secure signed contracts in real-time
• Lead conversations with property owners during high-stress situations with confidence and empathy
• Track leads, referrals, and opportunities to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion
• Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless transition from sale to production
• Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and accountability at all times

 
Ideal Candidate:

• A natural salesperson who thrives on winning work and closing deals
• Consistently securing signed contracts at the point of loss
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
• Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline
• Relationship-driven with a hunter mentality
• Hitting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
• Organized and disciplined in follow-up and tracking

 
Education or Experience:

• Two-year college degree preferred
• Restoration or construction industry experience is helpful but not required
• Sales background with proven success
