Product & Sales Support Analyst
Compensation: $45k-50k
Onsite at 111 West Port Plz. Ste 1010, Saint Louis, MO 63146
Benefits included after 3 months and 401k after a year with match up to 4-5%

Job summary
The focus of this position is to drive annuity business with remote offices through customer.
Relationship management and business development skills. The ideal candidate is responsible for delivering annuity product information, marketing and sales support services and insights (using computer skills, spreadsheets, advanced sales, website navigation, etc.) to remote offices. In addition, the ideal candidate will be capable of executing programs to increase the number of contracts with existing TMA distributors.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent telephone and customer service skills to support sales.
• Ability to learn about annuity products and describe attribution over the phone/email.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Capable of serving as a liaison between remote offices.
• Ability to learn and communicate schedules to remote offices.
• Knowledge of annuity products and their applications, or willingness to learn.
• Capable of learning website navigation and generating sales materials.
• Ability to discern needs with salespeople and recommend solutions.
• Ability to make outbound calls to customers and promote opportunities.

This is an inside support role who assists independent contractors find the best financial annuity products for their clients. Most of the work will be computer work, assisting customers via phone and email. A possible growth opportunity with this position would be to grow into a management role at the company, should the employee choose that path.
