Freight Coordinator
USA Remote

Shift Timing: 08:00 - 17:00
Timezone: Eastern Standard Time

Note: MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States. 

PURPOSE:

• Responsible for data entry of daily freight orders.
• Creates and updates weekly and period reports for customer review and analysis.

• Enters customer orders in TMW Freight Software
• Confirms and updates all shipments
• Creates and send daily reports to management team
• Prepare required paperwork for billing purposes
• Create customer reports and contract
• Performs other job duties as required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• One to two years related supply chain or transportation experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel

• Able to handle multiple transactions at the same time

• Could you please confirm the working days? Are they Monday to Friday? Yes, Monday - Friday
• Could you please re-confirm if this role is remote or onsite ? Remote
• Is there an opportunity for the candidate to transition to a full-time employee, or is this strictly a temporary role? Strictly temp at this moment
